Available year-round for short term rental when owners are not in residence.

Amenities:
The main floor of the house has an open concept design with a living, dining, kitchen area that looks through large windows onto the deck overlooking the lake. This floor has one full bath and one bedroom (queen bed) with attached 3/4 bath. A loft, accessible by a captain’s ladder, overlooks this floor and can be used as extra sleeping space.
Down a spiral staircase is a large bedroom/sitting room with French doors that open onto a brick patio with view of the lake. This room has a Queen bed, chaise lounge, other seating and a large closet.
Bath and bed linens are provided for 4 guests. There are no housekeeping services though extra linens will be provided, if needed.
A TV with DVD player and limited cable tv service is available as well as DSL service, for your own comptuer. Two canoes are available for renters use on the lake. The lake is a peaceful environment where quiet boating, fishing and exploring 5 small islands are favorite activities.
Kitchen appliances: Microwave, cooktop and oven, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker (a few sample k-cups are available for your use, so bring your own or purchase from the 162 varieties at a nearby store), pots, pans and linens, dishes and eating utensils are available. No dishwasher and no ice maker. Bring your own food and beverages (and ice, if large amounts needed.)
Phone: A land line is available for local calls only. Guests will need to use a phone card or cell phone for long distance calls. Cell phone service depends on your carrier. Verizon is often good. AT&T is not so good.
Rates:
Daily: $200/night. (Minimum 2 nights.)
Weekly: $1200/week
Cleaning fee: $50 per visit (non-refundable)
Reservations:
For advance reservations, a check for the full amount is required 60 days prior to arrival. The check will be held until ten days prior to the rental date. The reservation can be cancelled for a full refund if we are notified ten days prior to the rental date. No refunds after that time.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED.
Violation of either of these restrictions will require payment of any damage and immediate cancellation of reservation.
