Furnished living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. No cable TV though a TV with DVD player is available as well as DSL service, for your own comptuer. Bath and bed linens are furnished for 4 persons.
The residence has one master bedroom with a queen bed and attached 3/4 bath and a smaller bedroom with a full bed. A full bath is located in the hallway.
Kitchen appliances:
Microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, washer, dryer and linens are available.
Phone available for local calls only. No long distance carrier available. Guests will need to use cell phone or calling card for long distance calls.
Rates:
Two night reservation required.
Daily: $ 120/night
Weekly: $ 500/week
Reservations:
For advance reservations, a check for the full amount is required 30 days prior to date of arrival.

Reservations will not be secured until payment is received.
The reservation can be cancelled for a full refund if we are notified ten days prior to the rental date.
Violation of either of these restrictions will require payment for any damage and result in immediate cancellation of rental.
